Peace Train

Peace is something that everyone should be a part of. In the song Peace Train by Cat Stevens it shows how you can be a part of peace. The amazing hit came out in 1971 and people still listen to it today. I can relate this song to myself, society, and my family.

There have been some fights at my school that aren't very fun to watch. This part of the songs describes it. "Everyone jump upon the peace train." This relates to the fights at my school because instead of people having work things out physically they can work things out peacefully. This song show every one can live a peaceful life and everything doesn't have to be a controversy.

The next connection I made was to the war in Iraq which is our society. I believe that we are fighting for know reason. Many of or men have died or are risking their lives. Many people have lost loved ones and our men would rather stay home with their family then be in Iraq. This part of the song helped me connect it to the war. "Now I've been crying lately, thinking about the world as it is, why must we go on hating, why can't we live in bliss." This part of the song meant a lot to me and probably many others. Why do we always have to fight when we can just stop and live in happiness?

The last connection I made on this song is my family. I can connect this to my family because like every family we fight every once in while. We need to stay away from each other sometimes. This part of song the helped me analyze this again. Now Ive been crying lately, thinking about the world as it is, Why must we go on hating ,why cant we live in bliss. I think that we can always work things out peacefully instead of having to be mad at each other.

After analyzing this song I've started to listen to the lyrics a lot more. Not every song has to have a good beat but have lyrics that others can relate to. In all of Cat Stevens songs his lyrics tell about what is happening in the world around him. And he does a great job of doing so.

Don't forget to conclude. Also, add to the last body paragraph. It seems like you just stopped.

Also, i think you should quote more of the song because there is a lot there that you could use to support your point.

There's no conclusion!

Also be more specific.
